Our entire team is proud of our experience and training. Collectively, we have over 100 years of experience in dentistry. In the past year, each team member has received over 80 hours of training in dentistry and customer service. Some of the training includes: seminars by the Levin Group and the Madow Group in Las Vegas; in Dallas with Total Patient Service Institute and onsite with Advanced Hygiene Concepts. This training helps us to better serve our patients with the latest developments in dentistry.

Peter Young, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Peter Young strongly believes in developing a partnership with you in order to meet your long-term goals in achieving optimal dental health and appearance. Providing the highest quality comprehensive dental care in an ethical, conservative fashion is his number one priority. He also works closely with a team of well-qualified specialists in providing multi-disciplinary dental care.
He received the designation of FAGD, a "Fellow", from the Academy of General Dentistry. This means Dr. Young has been recognized by his peers as a leader and an example to other dentists in the importance of quality continuing dental education to patient care.
Dr. Young earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Pacific Union College in Angwin, California. In 1988, he earned his Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University with Honors. Dr. Young is an Associate Fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute and an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Young feels that continual learning is vitally important to keep pace with the latest developments in dentistry. In fact, he attends an average of 150 to 200 hours of advanced seminars given by many world-renowned dental experts. Since 1988 he has completed over 2200 hours of continuing education seminars. These seminars include subjects such as implants, cosmetics and laser dentistry. Recently, in recognition to his dedication to continued education, Dr. Young was invited to be on the prestigious TOP 3 Dentists website. Top 3 Dentists identifies doctors who keep current with continuing education and with exceptional qualifications.
Dr. Young is a lifetime member and is certified by the United States Dental Institute in Orthodontics since 2002. He also holds a membership in the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and is a certified member of the Crown Council (an alliance of dentists that have a passion for continued self-improvement). He is currently pursuing advanced training at the Kois Center (one of the most highly regarded training centers for advanced dentistry in the world) and is on track to becoming a mentor for the center.
Educating others is also one of Dr. Young's passions. He has been an Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry in the School of Dentistry in Loma Linda University since 1998.

Dr. Young is active both locally and globally in his profession.
Dr. Young served as the Ethics Chairman for the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society and was a member of their Board from 2004 to 2007. He has been a member of the Society since 1996.
Since 1997, Dr. Young has been an active member in the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors since 1998. Proudly, in 2002 to 2003, he was elected President of the Chamber.

Margaret Sy, DDS is a fun, caring person to be around. Since 2004, patients rave about her gentle hands and attention to detail as a clinician. She earned her doctoral degree from one of the top dental schools in the Philippines, the University of the East in Manila in 1988. She has held her California Dental license with excellent standings since 1994. Dr. Sy is also an Associate Fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute and is certified by the United States Dental Institute of Orthodontics and is certified by Invisalign.
Dora, RDH, BS has been with our practice since 2001 and comes to us with over 15 years of clinical and academic experience. Dora earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California. She was also a faculty member at the USC School of Dentistry in the Dental Hygiene Department. Our patients enjoy Dora's efficient, personal treatment and thoroughness during their visits with her. Dora is also certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry to perform laser treatment for periodontal patients.
Katrina, R.D.A., our Clinical Coordinator, is a very well-trained dental assistant and very knowledgeable in dentistry. She is also a very caring, fun-loving person. We all enjoy the active role she plays in our office.
Alexis, D.A., Clinical Assistant, is the newest member of our team. She is an efficient and hard-working team member. We enjoy her contribution to our office.
Our Administrative Team
Ramona, D.A. is our Financial Coordinator and Schedule Coordinator. As a trained dental assistant, Ramona is well versed in financial options to help you get your dental work completed within your budget. For over ten years, Ramona has been in the dental field giving her an excellent understanding of dentistry. She is a caring and loving person to be around. We're glad she is part of our team.
Nicole, D.A. is our Hygiene and New Patient Coordinator. Being a former clinical dental assistant, Nicole understands the many aspects of dentistry from the administrative end to the clinical side. She will be the one giving you a call when it is time for your professional recare visit. We enjoy Nicole's cheerful and friendly attitude in our office. As patients come to know Nicole, they really appreciate her company and service.
Anny, RN, BsN, MPh earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing and a Masters’ Degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Maternal & Child Health at Loma Linda University. She trained and worked as a Neonatal ICU nurse for many years in the Loma Linda University Medical Center. She also worked as a Case Manager, Nursing Supervisor and acting Nursing Director in various hospitals. She assists in all aspects of the office to assure that your dental visit is both pleasant and comfortable.

Nicci, R.D.A, is the newest members of our team. She comes to us with many years of clinical experience and have been trained by the very best at the Las Vegas Institute in Cosmetic Dentistry. She is a fun and caring person. We're sure you will like Nicci.
Lisa, RDH, graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University a few years ago. She has a have degree in Elementary Education. Many of our patients says she has a very light touch and enjoy her care and thoroughness. . She enjoys working with young people on weekends in her church.
